NATIONAL CREDIT UNION YOUTH MONTH
April 2026
Youth Month presents an opportunity to teach young members the spirit of the credit union movement. You can plant a seed for financial well-being at an early age.
Join us this April as credit unions across the country encourage youth to start saving regularly.
During the month of April, each eligible youth under 18, who either opens a new share account with a deposit of $25 or deposits $25 in their existing share account in person, will be entered into a drawing for a $25 deposit into their BKCU share account. Four winners will be drawn. BKCU will deposit the first $5 into all new youth accounts.
NEW ONLINE BANKING APP
For members who use online banking currently make sure you download our new App from your App Store. Your current existing credentials for on-line banking will allow you to sign in for the new App which holds many new features including linking spouse and children accounts with one easy login. Call the office with any questions and we would be happy to help you sign up!
SUMMER SKIP-A-PAYMENT
Planning a vacation, home improvements, or other special summer projects? BKCU is once again offering the Summer Skip-A-Payment program. For a fee of $25, members in good standing who meet the qualifications may opt to skip their July loan payment. An application must be processed. Call the office for details.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Blaw Knox Credit Union offers a scholarship opportunity to its members. The 26th Annual Nancy Landon Scholarship application forms are now available in the office. Deadline to return is May 12th.
The applicant must be a member of the BKCU for one year prior to applying and have not already won this scholarship.
