IMPORTANT NOTICE
Paper Statement fee to begin January 1, 2025
Due to the increasing cost of postage Blaw Knox Credit Union will implement a paper statement fee of $2 for balances under $1000. Statements can always be printed at the credit union office for pickup at no charge. E-Statements continue to be available for free also.

UNCLAIMED PROPERTY - DORMANT
Remember to keep your account active!
The State of Illinois law governing unclaimed property states the presumptive period of abandonment for deposit accounts is 3 years. As a result, accounts without any owner activity for a 3-year period will be turned over to the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office.
We value our members and ask that you remember to keep your account active!

CHRISTMAS CLUBS
Christmas Club accounts will be rolled into your savings account on November 1st. Once these funds are in your shares you can withdraw with a check or transfer to your debit account. At this time,you may begin depositing into your Christmas club account for next year. The last date to open a new Christmas Club will be January 31, 2025.
HOLIDAY SKIP-A-PAYMENT
Let BKCU help with your Christmas shopping or end-of-the-year expenses with Holiday Skip-A-Payment! For a fee of $25, members in good Standing who meet the qualifications may opt to skip their December loan payment. An application must be processed. Call or stop by the office for all the details.
FREE CREDIT REPORT
As a consumer, you are entitled to one free credit report annually from each of the three main credit reporting agencies. Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. Just visit www.annualcreditreport.com to request your free reports.
